圖書資訊學研究 Journal of Library and Information Science Research 本刊始於1954年創刊之中國圖書館學會會報，其間於2005年6月更名為中華民國圖書館學會會報，以半年刊發行。自2006年12月起，易今名，仍為半年刊，每年12月與次年6月各出刊一期，合為一卷。本刊於2008年起已獲ProQuest 之LISA(Library and Information Science Abstract)資料庫完整收錄，另於2010年起本刊亦收錄於行政院國家科學委員會之「台灣社會科學引文索引」（Taiwan Social Science Citation Index, TSSCI）資料庫中。 The Journal of Library and Information Science Research (JLISR), published semiannually by the Library Association of Republic of Taiwan (R.O.C.), is a leading journal for peer-reviewed research in library and information science in Taiwan. Bulletin of the Library Association of China, which had served as a forum for its members since 1954, went through a structural transformation in 2005, at which time it was also rechristened, so as to enable it to further advance research profile of LIS research in Taiwan. After a vigorous review process by National Science Council in Taiwan, JLISR is indexed and abstracted in: LISA—Library and Information Science Abstract (ProQuest) in 2008 and included in Taiwan Social Science Index (TSSCI) in 2010, a testament to its distinguished history and publication quality

編輯政策 Editorial Policy 2011-07-29(created 2006-11-15) 圖書資訊學研究秉持學術同儕評閱原則，務實經營圖書館學、資訊科學、資訊傳播學、文獻學、檔案學等相關學術論述之發表，並兼顧中華民國圖書館學會會員之權益，追求最具效益與自由之學術傳播能量。為擴展國際影響力，本刊於2011年第五卷第二期開始加入英文長摘，並自2012年第七卷開始收取英譯費用。 The JLISR aims to provide a scholarly forum for all aspects of librarianship and information science. It publishes rigorous works that address issues in librarianship, information science, communication, information technology, documentation, and archive studies. As the leading scholarly journal in library and information science in Taiwan, JLISR aspires to broaden its international reach. Starting 2011, all articles published by JLISR will be accompanied by an extended English abstract. We also intend to expand the effort to include all back issues. We would also like to extend our welcome to English submissions from across the globe. Key journal audiences1. Scholars, educators and advanced students in field of Library and Information Science.2. Reflective practitioners in the profession of information services. Scholars and researchers in related subject areas such information and knowledge management, education, communication studies, and information policy.
徵稿啟事 2011-7-29(created 2006-11-15) 一、 本刊為雙匿名審查之學術期刊。凡圖書館學、資訊科學、資訊傳播學、文獻學、及檔案學等研究，內容包括理論或方法性主題之論述、實徵性研究成果報告或系統性之綜合評論等，均歡迎投稿。恕不刊登譯稿、報導性文章、進修研究報告，以及未經修改之學位論文等。 二、 本刊為半年刊，每年12、6月出版，全年徵稿。 三、 來稿以原創性為主，並以未曾發表者為限，不得侵害他人著作權或一稿兩投，若有損及學術倫理之情事，作者自負其責。 四、 來稿中英文不拘，文長以20,000字為限，並請提供電子檔案及具備如下項目： (一)中、英文篇名。 (二)中、英文作者姓名、服務單位、職稱、及電子郵件地址；具共同作者時，請指定通訊作者。 (三)中、英文摘要（各200字以內）。 (四)中、英文關鍵詞（各5個以內）。 (五)附註及參考書目請依照美國心理學會格式（APA format）。 (六)中文來稿請以繁體中文撰寫。 五、 來稿經本刊收錄出版，即視為同意將稿件著作財產權讓與給圖書資訊學研究，惟著作人仍保有未來集結出版、教學及網站等個人使用之權利。 六、 作者同意以紙本形式刊登於本刊及其衍生出版物。本刊得以進行數位化典藏、重製、發行、透過網路公開傳輸、授權用戶下載、列印等行為。為符合資料庫之需求，並得進行格式之變更。 七、 本刊不支付稿費。來稿一經刊出，致贈當期三冊。 八、 來稿請使用「線上投稿暨評閱系統」 http://aspers.airiti.com/jlisr/。如有垂問，來函請寄：jlisr.taiwan@gmail.com 圖書資訊學研究 主編收。 Guide of Authors 1. JLISR is a refereed journal that covers library and information science, information communication, documentation, archives studies, and other related fields. It publishes vigorous research papers including empirical study reports, theoretical/methodological papers, and literature reviews. Due to the limited editorial resources the following types of works are not considered for publication: translated works, brief comments and communication, unrevised full-length degree theses, etc. 2. JLISR is published semi-annually in June and December. Unsolicited manuscripts from all parts of the world are welcomed. 3. Submitted manuscripts including invited and unsolicited papers must be original works. Submission of a manuscript to JLISR clearly implies commitment to publish in this journal. Previously published papers and papers under review by another journal are unacceptable. To be considered for publication, authors are required to obtain copyright clearance for any copyrighted material used in the manuscripts. 4. JLISR will publish papers in English or Mandarin Chinese. A manuscript should not exceed 20,000 words in length. JLISR accepts electronic submission only (use the online submission system). Manuscripts must include the following information: (1) title; (2) author information including author name, job title, affiliation, and email address (the corresponding author must be specified for co-authored papers); (3) abstract (200 words); (4) keywords (up to five); (5) manuscripts must conform to the fifth edition of the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association. Papers written in Mandarin Chinese must supply the above information in both Chinese and English. 5. Acceptance of manuscripts by JLISR clearly indicates the transfer of copyright ownership from the authors to JLISR and the Library Association of Republic of China (Taiwan). The authors, however, retain the rights to re-publish the papers in their monographic publications and to use the papers in teaching and for Internet self-archiving. 6. By transferring the copyright to JLISR, the authors agree that the JLISR can: (1) publish the manuscript in the journal and its derivative publications; (2) reproduce and distribute the manuscript in printed, electronic, or other medium; (3) provide access to the manuscript in its electronic databases via Internet and other forms of transmission and authorize other database service providers to provide access. 7.
